At first, only labour and service in cable-, data- and high frequence technology was accepted.

Owing to a strict consideration of customer´s demands, a very high requirement in service, quality awareness and loyalty in delivery was embeded, which is presently the main factor for a faithful co-operation with our costumers.

Because of a steady expansion of our activities WGD meanwhile comprises three different sectors

* First: Cable assembly
* Second: Data and network technology and
* Third: Electromecanical Components

With more than 50 employees, the cable assembly sector manufactures cables according to costumer´s specifications from 75 Ohm coaxial cable for new network operators, over Flat- and Patchcables up to Controll- and Motorcables.

In order to meet all requirements to the utmost, we have the latest machines und devices on site and use only raw materials of named and leading producers. A quality management and a 100 % endcheck controlls all quality requirements. The adherence of set deadlines is a must. Furthermore we manfacture to our customer's specification, small units of electrical Switchboards, Panel-Wiring and Printet Circuits, mainly equipped with Stewart Jacks.

In the data-technology sector WGD offers nearly everything such as: Patchpanels, Walloutlets, Fibreoptics, Rack-Components for Telecommunication, Installationmaterial for Patchcables and various other components for activ and passiv networks.

With a long year experience in service and consulting, we succesfully completed a large variety of projects in co-operation with our costumers. Many standard components are at stock and available on a short term basic, which makes us a strong partner for electrical Contractors, Trade companies and endusers.

Our costumers are mainly located in Germany, but also in adjacent countries like, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
The product line of the electromecanical component field enables our costumers to get a big variety of components out of one hand, like Modular Plugs and Jack Systems, Transformers, Interface Products, Connector for Printed Circuits and Connectors for Controlling and Motorsystems. We also offer the neccessary tools for all those Connectors and many more.

In connection and addition of our cable assembly products, we are able to offer and deliver complete cablesets, including all Connectors, mainly those from Stewart, just all inclusive.

Furthermore we are constantly looking for new agencies to complete our product line.

WGD combines both service and quality in all levels of the enterprise to fullfil our customer´s demands to the utmost in each stage and at any time. Our employees consider themselves as a servant to the advantage of our customers.

Four sales representatives take care on our customers, three in the sector cable assembly, data technology and networks, which operate throughout the Federal Republic of Germany, Austria and Switzerland and myself in the electromechanical component sector, covering the area from northern Germany all the way down to the south right on to the swiss border. We are 1 of the 3 Insilco Distributors here in Germany.

On the other hand we face a highly motivated office team, that operates from our company location in Pfungstadt. Our Company is situated in the heart of Germany, right at the Autobahn A 5 and A 67 and quite nearby at Frankfurt / Main Airport, and just a few Km away from the Insilco Technologies Headquarters.

We are very desparately looking for highly qualified technical co-workers and sales representatives, because we intend to expand our enterprise in the following years and to increase the present turnover with our current suppliers and customers drasticly - of course without neglecting their individual requirements. However even though we have got such a high rate of unemployment here in Germany, qualified personnel is hard to find.

Nevertheless with all coming up changes, quality will always be our first priority!
